Question 1

What can Glintwarden do right now?

Accepted Answer

A signed-in owner can set up a private workspace, run a one-time availability check on its saved website, and connect one Google Business Profile location to read real reviews into a private inbox. Review refreshes are owner-triggered; each successful reply draft starts Pending. Approval only makes its text available to copy. Glintwarden never sends or publishes replies and does not run background monitoring.

Question 2

Does Glintwarden monitor my website around the clock?

Accepted Answer

No. An owner can ask Glintwarden to check the saved public website URL once. The check is not scheduled and does not provide ongoing monitoring or automatic outage alerts.

Question 3

What sources can I connect?

Accepted Answer

An owner can authorize one Google Business Profile location and choose it explicitly. If Google OAuth or Business Profile API access is not configured, or the owner does not grant access, the channel remains disconnected. Contact forms and social messages are not connected, and Glintwarden does not read them.

Question 4

How do review reply drafts work?

Accepted Answer

When draft generation succeeds, Glintwarden creates one private reply draft for a review and marks it Pending. You can read it and explicitly approve it; approval only makes the text available to copy. Glintwarden never sends or publishes a reply. If draft generation fails, the inbox shows a retry state. The landing report remains a fictional example.

Question 5

What do Starter and Pro cost?

Accepted Answer

Free is $0 and includes one Google Business Profile location and 10 AI reply drafts per month. Starter is $19 per month or $190 per year, and Pro is $39 per month or $390 per year. Both paid plans include a 14-day trial. You can manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices from Billing after signing in.

Question 6

How do I get started for free?

Accepted Answer

Create an account with an email sign-in link, or use Google when it is configured for this deployment. Then add your business name, industry, and city to create a private workspace. Free signup needs no card.

Question 7

How can I ask for my account or data to be deleted?

Accepted Answer

There is no self-service account or event deletion route in this version. Send a deletion request through the contact page. Requests are handled manually, and no completion timeframe is promised.
