Terms
These plain-language terms describe the current Glintwarden preview and Free workspace.
Current service
A signed-in owner can set up a workspace, run a one-time check of a saved public website URL, and review stored monitoring events. An owner may connect one Google Business Profile location to read its reviews into the private inbox. The app does not continuously monitor a site; contact forms and social accounts are not connected. Reply drafts stay Pending until the owner approves them. Approval only enables copying; Glintwarden does not send or publish replies.
Samples and responses
The Rosa's Taqueria report and its metrics, reviews, messages, replies, and chart are fictional examples and are not evidence of customer activity. Any real review draft remains private until the owner approves it. Approval unlocks copying only; Glintwarden does not create a provider reply or publish content.
Plans and billing
Free costs $0 and includes one Google Business Profile location and 10 AI reply drafts per month. Starter costs $19 per month or $190 per year and includes 50 monthly drafts. Pro costs $39 per month or $390 per year and includes 200 monthly drafts. Every plan supports one selected location. Paid plans include a 14-day trial. Free signup does not require a card. Paid checkout is hosted by the payment provider; billing changes, payment methods, and invoices are managed through the authenticated Billing page. Use the provider portal for cancellation; Glintwarden makes no separate refund or proration promise.
Account and data requests
Keep your account access secure and use the app only with information you are permitted to provide. There is no self-service account or event deletion route. Send account or data deletion requests through the contact page; they are handled manually, with no promised completion time.
